Terms of Use

Last updated October 4, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of this website and the questionnaire on it. Great Bear Law is a trade name of Mama Bear Law PLLC (“we,” “us”). By checking “I agree to the Terms of Use,” you agree to these terms.

1. No attorney-client relationship yet

Sending us information does not make you our client. We represent you only after you and we sign a written agreement. Until then, do not rely on anything on this site as legal advice.

2. How we use AI

We use artificial-intelligence tools, including an AI assistant, to help review the information and documents you provide, to organize your matter, and to communicate with you by phone, text and email. People at our firm oversee this work.

3. How we may contact you

You agree that we may call you at the number you give us about your inquiry and any case, including with automated technology or an artificial or AI-generated voice, on any day and at any time, including evenings and weekends. You can ask us to stop calling at any time. Text messages are covered by our SMS Terms.

4. Working with other law firms, and how fees are shared

For many cases, we bring in another law firm that helps with or runs the case, either as co-counsel or as referral counsel, as the rules of your state allow. You agree that we may share your information with that firm for this purpose.

When another firm works on your case, the firms divide the attorney’s fee between them, usually one-third to us. Dividing the fee never increases the amount you pay. Before you sign any agreement, you will be told in writing which firm will work on your case and how the fee will be divided, as the rules require.

5. Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. You agree that the information you give us is true to the best of your knowledge.

6. Arbitration and class-action waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this website, the questionnaire or these terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, except that either side may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis, not as a class, collective or representative action. This section does not govern any dispute under a signed agreement for legal representation, which will contain its own terms.

7. Other terms

This website is provided “as is.” Florida law governs these terms. We may update these terms; the version in effect when you submit the questionnaire applies to that submission.
